I had a very bad experience with Mouthpiece Express when ordering a specialized flugelhorn mouthpiece. I ordered a marcinkiewicz mouthpiece with a bach taper and they sent me the mouthpiece with a standard taper. They allowed me to send it back no problem the first time everything was cool. The second time I ordered th...e same mouthpiece, the same problem occurred. When I explained the problem to them they sent me one return e-mail and ignored the rest of the e-mails I sent. I DO NOT recommend using this website. I am out a fair amount of cash and they do not care, nor do they want to fix their mistake. Terrible customer service!
