Wonderful facility! The musicians and teachers are awesome! Saginaw should be proud that it has such a great place for entertainers to perform their works.

If you're a perfomer, don't waste your time here. It's a 70-30 split of the door and you'll be lucky to walk away with $30. No one comes here. I attended a Bill Staines concert and they may have been, at most, 10 people in the audience - and some of those were friends of the owners and got in for free. They also sell instruments here but I wouldn't hand anyone your credit card. I did and was charged 3 times for a banjo. (When I tried to get my money back, I was told I was going to get charged with trespassing. I ended up having to file criminal charges against the owner Donald Zeitler.) They also have a recording studio - supposedly professional. But I wouldn't pay them up front. All you'll get for your money is excuses. Bottom line. Stay clear of this place. You'll get ripped off.
