Reviews By Get Real Worship from Redding, CA Posted Nov 25, 2009   MIkes Music is a first-class establishment. It is unfortunately slightly difficult to spot from Cypress Ave. When heading west, watch for white, business style buildings, and look to the right (north) side of the street. It's only about 1-1/2 blocks before the last stop light/Safeway. MIke is a fair businessman, easy to talk to, and open to suggestions. He wants to help, and doesn't have a "prima donna" attitude, which has been very refreshing. Patchcord Studio, the sound and recording studio in the back, is run by Bill Staeck (pronounced, "Stake") Bill is not only a fine sound tech, he uses state of the art equipment, works fast and reasonably, and goes the extra mile to assist. He works with you, whether you're trying to keep prices down, or get quality up, and isn't shy about what will or will not work. Both Mike and Bill are professional and respectful businessmen!
