Dave was a really great teacher. He taught me all I needed to know to be a good, schooled guitar player, he taught me at my own pace but made sure to push me, and he taught me the techniques and songs I wanted to learn by building his lesson plans around what I desired. So he taught me what I ultimately wanted, and taught me the essentials along the way too.
