Sophia the front desk receptionist has no professionalism! I was over charged and when I called the school to advise them that they had taken out $353.00 without authorization Mrs. Sophia was very unprofessional in handling the issue, I handed her a receipt that the school had given to me when I paid on 09/11 in full the receipt I showed Sophia wasn’t good enough she made me get her a bank copy which I did and advised that they charged me twice!!
